For more than 20 years, the FASEB Minority Access to Research Careers (MARC) Program has promoted diversity in the biomedical and behavioral sciences, as well as the training and advancement of underrepresented minority students, postdoctoral fellows, faculty and scientists. We seek to provide access to resources and training that incorporate a variety of programs and benefits for these individuals. However, for FASEB and the individuals involved in the FASEB MARC Program, it is about much more than the resources, the training, and the access. It is about making dreams come true and reaching full potential.
